GK: Its LiMiTs5Up (AC Milan) – Starting out the Super League’s TOTS for S5 in between the sticks is AC Milan’s steady and reliable Its LiMiTs5Up. LiMiTs had a quality campaign for the Italian club as he kept 8 CS (T-3rd), made 131 saves (2nd), and earned 2 MOTM awards in 26 games for the team as they finished 2nd in the table. Clearly the sky is the LiMiTs for this young goalkeeper who will look to help Milan win back-to-back Super Cups before he minds the net for Italy in the International Cup.
LB: Tee Welty (AC Milan) – Make that two years in a row with an AC Milan left back in TOTS following Alaba x27, though Tee Welty (better known by his friends as “Tay Tay”) seemingly came out of nowhere to grab the spot this season. Welty was an attacking dynamo all season as he led PCN defenders with 7 assists to go along with 20 KP, 7 CS, 39 INT, and 63 PP in 27 GP. Welty’s constant attacking threat from the left side to go along with his improved defensive work was a big reason why AC Milan made a strong challenge for the title this season and will be one of the reasons AC Milan are arguably the favorites for this year’s Super Cup.
CB: I LV I Catalyst (Atletico Madrid) – Once seen as simply a Fake Taxi-loving Grouch, Atletico Madrid’s co-manager I LV I Catalyst took the next step this season as he helped guide the Spanish side to the Super Cup while earning a starting spot in the TOTS. Catalyst certainly lived up to his name this season as he led the league in clean sheets with 14 and passing points with 72, while also notching 24 DT, 62 INT, and 3 MOTM in 26 games. Catalyst has finally earned the respect that he long deserved as he was a key part to the 3rd best defense (23 GA) in the Super League, and he will do everything he can to bring the Super Cup back to the Spanish capital.
CB: KingEvan300 (Arsenal / AC Milan) – Ho hum. Another season gone and another masterful performance to earn a starting spot in the TOTS by the King – KingEvan300 that is. Evan made a mid-season switch from Arsenal to AC Milan, but he was brilliant wherever he played as he once again led the league in TOTS points and racked up 4 G, 13 CS, 19 DT, 51 INT, 58 PP, and a cool 40 saves as backup GK to boot as he played all 30 games. Evan had a dramatic start to the season as seemingly every top club in the league wanted a piece of the Evanescence, but AC Milan were the ultimate winners as the King once again made the league's opposition bow down to his greatness.
RB: rednightwing (AC Milan) – Finishing off the TOTS defense is yet another dynamic and all-around fullback / superhero from AC Milan in Englishman rednightwing. The veteran wingback led all PCN defenders with 22 KP, while also collecting 5 A, 8 CS, 30 DT, and 44 PP in 22 games for Milan. It’s very difficult for teams to cope with even one good fullback who can attack and defend, but a big reason why Milan went from 6th in S4 to 2nd this past season certainly can be attributed to the vibrant fullback pairing that surely is the envy of the rest of the league.
CDM: xxCAP1xx (Arsenal) – Our second repeat offender in the starting lineup from S4’s TOTS is Arsenal’s rock of a midfielder xxCAP1xx. CAP1 has shown over the years that he is as reliable a player as they come after he posted a line of 2 G, 4 KP, 10 CS (T-1st amongst CDMs), 37 DT, 64 INT (2nd), 58 PP, and 3 MOTM in 22 GP. CAP1’s Arsenal only conceded 22 goals this season (2nd) in the league and will still be considered one of the favorites to take home this year’s Super Cup despite a disappointing end to the season that saw them drop from 1st to 3rd over the season’s final weeks.
CM: Viper Liriano (Bayern Munich) – Next up in the TOTS is our first of three players that have featured in each TOTS since S3 in Bayern Munich’s manager and midfield maestro Viper Liriano. Viper struck out at opposition all season long with venom and fury to the tune of 5 G, 7 KP, 10 CS (T-1st amongst CDMs), 63 INT (3rd), 66 PP (T-2nd), and 3 MOTM awards in his 23 games for the Bavarians. Bayern didn’t quite hit the highs of S4 where they nearly won the league, but thanks in no small part to Viper they still had the toughest defense in the Super League as they conceded just 19 goals all season.
CM: dorseyfurcal18 (AC Milan) – AC Milan’s co-manager dorseyfurcal18 is the next player to keep his spot in the TOTS as he spent another year in the Super League destroying the bones and tendons of anyone who was stupid enough to come close to him. “Dorseye” led the PCN with 59 tackles, but he also earned 3 G (including a world-class freekick), 7 CS, 51 INT, and 44 PP in his 24 GP. While the sting of losing out in the PCN Cup Final and finishing runner up to Juventus in the league will take a while to go away, I’m certain “Dorseye” and the rest of Milan will be ready to go claim another Super Cup victory.
CAM: KillaAqua99 (Juventus) – Ever heard the phrase water never hurt anybody? Well Juventus’ star man KillaAqua99 clearly never got the memo and teams throughout the PCN felt the true force of his hydrating powers this season as he stormed to a spot in the TOTS. Aqua played the fewest games of anyone in the TOTS (just 17), but he made his time on the pitch count with 5 G, 8 A, 24 KP, 34 INT, 34 PP, and 4 MOTM awards. Arguably the most important player to Juventus’ title campaign, the Italian club went to another level after his introduction, including a 7-game win streak that saw Juve pass Arsenal and never look back.
ST: ITALIAN04LIF3 (Real Madrid / Juventus) – Just in case you ever had any doubt, ITALIAN04LIF3 made it clear where his loyalties lie when he joined Italian club Juventus and helped them hoist the S5 Super League title on his way towards grabbing a spot in the TOTS. ITALIAN0 was easily the most creative and unselfish player in the league as evidenced by his league-high 15 assists and 39 key passes to go along with 11 G, 50 PP, and 4 MOTM awards in 25 games. The Juve co-manager joined the club early in the season and that decision clearly paid off as ITALIAN0 and company have a shot at winning the double if they can manage to win this year’s Super Cup.
ST: I Stryde I 12 (AC Milan) – The final member of the Starting XI and second player to earn his 3rd consecutive TOTS appearance is AC Milan’s target man and “snub king” I Stryde I 12. Stryde may be known for the occasional selfish streak, but that is also the mark of a great striker and he smashed everyone in S5 by scoring 25 goals (8 more than the runner up), while also contributing 7 A, 11 KP, 66 PP (T-2nd), and 7 MOTM (2nd) in 29 GP. While AC Milan ultimately missed out on their first two chances at silverware this year, their massive jump from 33 goals in S5 (13th) to 59 goals in S6 (1st) can be attributed in large part to having a full season of the Cameroonian attacker.
GK: Kermit Le Froge (Benfica) – With the reflexes and jumping ability of a poison dart frog, Benfica’s Kermit Le Froge certainly lived up to his name as he kicks of the TOTS bench in goal after a fantastic rookie season in the PCN. Kermit often had an unreliable defense ahead of him as is evidenced by Benfica’s 14th place finish but Le Froge did everything he could as he led the Super League with 133 saves, kept 3 CS, and won 4 MOTM awards.
CB: Ac3 L3GiiT (Atletico Madrid) – It’s difficult for one to truly be an “ace” at something as well as be considered “legit”, but Atletico Madrid’s manager Ac3 L3GiiT manages do both with ease as he slides onto our bench for TOTS. Ac3 spent most of the year destroying teams at CB, but he also played a good portion of the season in the midfield which led to a robust stat line of 3 G, 6 A, 18 KP, 5 CS, 28 DT, 29 INT, and 38 PP in 26 GP.
CB: XxVnzla AlexX (Real Madrid / Juventus) – While XxVnzla AlexX’s S4 came to a disappointing conclusion as his Bayern Munich side narrowly missed out on the title, an early season switch from Real Madrid to Juventus paid off handsomely with a league title and TOTS place as well for the second year running. Alex once again proved his defensive prowess and leadership with 2 A, 9 CS, 35 DT, 58 INT, 50 PP, and 4 MOTM awards in 27 games as the Juve manager.
CDM: Sebaas (Atletico Madrid) – The final piece of the puzzle that keyed an outstanding Atletico Madrid defense was their destructive midfielder Sebaas who earned a place on the TOTS bench with a smashing first PCN season. “Seabass” got a late start to the season but he made his time count with 2 A, 5 KP, 56 DT (T-2nd), 10 CS (T-1st amongst CDMs), 44 INT, and 42 PP in just 17 appearances.
CAM: Mexicanjeditony (Arsenal) – It appears the world of Star Wars has infiltrated Pro Clubs Nation as every day there are more reports of a Mexicanjeditony carving up defense like a droid army. Tony is back in the TOTS after a one season absence as he barely missed out on the honors in S4, but his line of 8 G, 9 A (T-3rd), 26 KP (T-3rd), 48 PP, and 5 MOTM in 26 games was enough to get him and his midichlorians back on the list.
LW: xXbobishereXx (AC Milan) – Bob is finally here! AC Milan’s final member in this team xXbobishereXx earns his first nod in the Super League TOTS after missing out on the honors the past couple of seasons. Combining well all season with players like Tee Welty, I Stryde I 12, and Quad In The Act, Bob had a quietly great season as he finished with 11 G, 9 A (T-3rd), 26 KP (T-3rd), 53 PP, and 3 MOTM awards in 28 GP.
ST: mojo1980fl (Arsenal) – The final member of the TOTS and third player to make each of the past three versions of the list is the man who still has got his mojo – Arsenal manager and striker mojo1980fl. Mojo once again tore up opposing defenses as he was able to collect 16 G (3rd), 3 A, 26 KP (T-3rd), 39 PP, and 5 MOTM awards for the London club.
